All sales are final
Every numerology report is personalized to you (or the person you’re buying it for) using your name and birth date. Because it can’t be resold, reused, or “returned” the way a physical product can, we don’t offer refunds once a report has been generated.
Please double-check the name, birth date, and details you enter at checkout, they’re what your entire report is built on.
Exceptions
We’ll make it right in these situations:
- Duplicate charge: you were accidentally charged twice for the same order
- Non-delivery: you paid but never received your report due to a technical issue on our end
- Wrong product: you were charged for the wrong item due to a checkout error on our end
Email with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
Chatbot access
Chatbot access periods (e.g. 90-day access) are non-refundable once granted, since you gain immediate access to the service.
